Occupy Oakland erupts into violence
Van Jones stomping grounds turned fiercely violent
last night as protesters refused to clear the streets they were
blocking, forcing police to clear them out. Tear gas was used and sent
the crowd into a frenzy. They lashed out at the police, continued to
resist and the arrests started piling up. Why are there so many clashes
with police this time around -- when the Tea Parties were far larger and
arrests were practically non-existent? Glenn explains that and more on
